My stepbrother was sick with measles this week and though I was grateful to be spared from his pranks, I felt sad for him! After all that’s what having a brother is supposed to be about! I was so used to his pranks and nonstop mischief by now that I was feeling bored without them! Coping with his tricks were indeed a challenge, something I had gotten used to.
Our bond had deepened gradually over the years we had spent together ever since my father remarried. I wanted to tell him that I was sorry to see him confined to the bed and felt as miserable as him. I preferred the hale and hearty terror that he always was! Wishing to bring back the smile on his face, I thought of an idea.
